What are the linings systems available and how would you select the correct type?

We offer a number of wall lining systems – DriLyner Dab, DriLyner Fix, GypLyner Single and GypLyner Independent.

Selection depends on a number of factors such as type of background, height of lining, performance requirements and board type. 

• DriLyner systems cater for a variety of masonry wall constructions. Linings (including Thermal Laminate boards) are bonded using a wide range of adhesive options depending on substrate type. 
• GypLyner Single is a metal framed wall lining system commonly used where the external wall or substrate is very uneven or out of plumb. The metal framework is fixed to the wall using clips. 
• GypLyner Independent wall lining is a lightweight, non-loadbearing system, which is built independently of the external wall construction. GypLyner Independent is particularly suitable for buildings where fixing into the background is difficult or not possible.
