Horizontal Shaftwall systems

Horizontal Shaftwall systems can be specified as a free-spanning membrane for horizontal applications, with no support from the soffit.

Our Horizontal Shaftwall systems can achieve wide spans and high levels of fire resistance. A typical application would be for fire escape corridors.

Supporting partitions will need to be of at least the same fire-resistance performance as the Horizontal Shaftwall system. They are designed to be constructed from one side only.
