Health, safety and wellbeing
We want our team to be the best version of themselves, and for everyone to feel comfortable and safe whilst at work.
We care about our team members, and it’s important to us that we provide an environment that allows everyone to be themselves at work and be their best.
As part of our commitment to our team, we provide regular health assessments for all of our colleagues and a tailored health programme for safety critical roles. We also operate an in house Occupational Health service.
The mental wellbeing of our team is just as important as physical health and safety too. We have over 50 trained Mental Health First Aiders across the business to support and signpost colleagues whenever they may need it.
We enable a culture that recognises that it’s OK to not be OK.
Alongside this, all of our colleagues are given access to multiple health, financial and self-development gateways from day one of employment.
