Our colleagues have access to internal vacancies across the Saint-Gobain Group and we encourage everyone to have regular career conversations with their managers. In 2021 we launched the ‘Raise Your Hand’ notification, which allows people to let their managers know when they’re ready for their next challenge.
Through regular People Review Forums we encourage movement across both our business and Saint-Gobain as a whole, with over 30 well-established brands across the United Kingdom and Ireland. By investing in technology and flexible working practices we’re able to encourage people to look at roles that they may have previously thought as not being right for them.
