How do you build a fire-rated partition where access is limited to one side only?

Our GypWall Shaft system provides a lightweight, fire resistant structure to protect elements in confined spaces wherever access is limited to one side only. The system comprises Gypframe 'I' Studs and Gypframe Starter Channels within Gypframe Floor & Ceiling Channels. The non-accessible (shaft) side boards (Gyproc CoreBoard) are retained between the Gypframe Floor & Ceiling Channels and adjacent studs using Gypframe Retaining Channels without the boards needing to be screw fixed, this enables construction from only one side if required.
