How do you build a fire-rated partition where access is limited to one side only?
Our GypWall Shaft system is designed for this application.

Timber sole plates 38mm thick equal to the width of the Gypframe metal channel can be used if the floor is uneven.
What is the thermal conductivity of Gyproc ThermaLine laminates?
Our Gyproc ThermaLine laminates comprise of Gyproc WallBoard (thermal conductivity 0.19 W/mK) and rigid foam insulation (thermal conductivity ranges from 0.02 to 0.04 W/mK depending on type). Therefore we do not quote a composite thermal conductivity value but do quote a composite thermal resistance value (m2 K/W).
Can you tile directly on Thistle BondingCoat?
No, tiles should not be applied directly to Thistle undercoats, with the exception of Thistle DriCoat.
What are duty ratings?
Duty ratings are a method of determining the robustness of a non-loadbearing partition system. There are four performance categories (Light duty for domestic use, medium for offices, heavy for public circulation areas and severe for major circulation areas).
