Stacey Temprell, Marketing Director, British Gypsum

Stacey has over 20 years of experience in developing marketing and communication strategies, and leading tactical engagement, communication campaigns and wider marketing initiatives for some of the best known and respected companies in the construction sector.

Her experience in devising strategies against the continuously changing backdrop of the construction sector, as well as her passion for driving continuous improvement through embracing marketing excellence practices, leading a high-performance culture and nurturing a marketing team to perform at their best, allows Stacey to drive areas of future competitive advantage and help build the British Gypsum brand.

Taking on the role of Marketing Director in 2018, Stacey is responsible for providing strategic leadership through the development of British Gypsum’s corporate and brand marketing and communication strategies.

As part of her role, Stacey is also responsible for analysing the market, British Gypsum’s competitors, and identifying new trends, consumers, channels and developing product and service propositions to become more relevant to the evolving needs of its customers.

In addition, Stacey champions health, safety, wellbeing, change and continuous improvement in marketing and across the wider business. She achieves this through equipping the marketing team with the skills and capabilities to perform at their best, fostering a flourishing workplace, living the values everyday and creating a great place to work.
