The first national housebuilder to adopt the building better approach

Putting the real needs of home buyers at the centre of its design and build strategy is at the top of Lovell Homes’ strategic plan according to sales director Justine Elliott, hence Lovell's partnership with British Gypsum and the adoption of Gyproc Habito, Silent Floor and ThistlePro Magnetic Plaster.  

Committed to driving change amongst the house building sector, Lovell is the first national housebuilder to address, head-on, the challenges of new-build ownership presented in the 2016 Building Better Homes Report, commissioned by British Gypsum.  As Justine Elliott explains, by embracing British Gypsum’s innovation, Lovell has an opportunity to re-define what ’new-build’ stands for: “as every other industry embraces technology and innovation, the house building community stands still – not Lovell.  We can build better, we must build better and we will build better by using the very latest innovation available and working in partnership with suppliers that can help us achieve our ambition – this is about driving change that will transform the reputation of our industry."
