Social Sustainability identifies the needs of individuals and
considers their well-being.
British Gypsum recognise that of the three pillars, Social
Sustainability is the most difficult to achieve but has the
potential to bring the most benefits. It covers a wide range of
issues from Health & Safety, education & training through
to social inclusion and eradication of poverty.
British Gypsum look to promote Social Sustainability for all our
important stakeholder groups: Colleagues and Communities,
Customers, Suppliers
British Gypsum’s Corporate Responsibility Review aims to detail
our actions and targets in each of these areas, for all of our
stakeholders, to demonstrate our commitment to future sustainable
development.

In demonstration of our values, our business practices are

facility, offers a range of industry-recognised courses designed to
help enhance future business opportunities for our customers.
