Training for Merchants
At British Gypsum, we have been running product training courses
for builders' merchants staff for 30 years. Experience shows that
we get results - fast. We do this by providing a real understanding
of gypsum products and their uses, together with an understanding
of appropriate building terms, so that delegates understand and
speak the builders' language. Courses can be tailored to individual
customer requirements and can include hands-on experience,
recognising customer needs and details of how to maximise
added-value product sales.
Ideal for groups of around ten. Delegates frequently benefit
from mixing with fellow builders merchants from other companies,
although courses exclusive to one company can easily be arranged
(In this case course content can be tailored in advance to exactly
match individual requirements).
