Cornice and Cove - Decorative mouldings
1 day course
One day course providing the skills to fix both cast and paper
encased plaster coves and cornice.
Objectives
1. Be able to measure and cut cove and cornice for minimal
wasteage
2. Be able to fix all types of plaster
coving.
3. Be able to install feature rails, ceiling roses
and uplighters.
At the end of the course trainees will receive a Certificate of
Attendance from the Drywall Academy as part evidence towards the
relevant NVQ unit.
Suitability
This course is suitable for site operatives wishing to develop
additional skills in decorative finishes.
Teaching method
The trainee will work on set pieces under the close supervision
of an instructor.
Programme
Training begins at 9:30am and finishes at 4pm.

*Please note this course can be combined with 2 Day Artex Comb
texturing and 1 day Cornice/Cove to form a consecutive 5 Day
course.
