Gyproc Acoustic Performance Plasterboards

The Gyproc performance range of plasterboards have been developed to provide additional performance in the key areas of fire, acoustics, thermal, impact resistance and moisture resistance, for a wide range of demanding lining applications.

 

• Gyproc SoundBlocGypsum plasterboard with a higher density core. Designed for use in British Gypsum wall and partition systems where greater levels of sound insulation are required.
• Gyproc SoundBloc MRAs Gyproc SoundBloc but with water repellent additives. Designed for use in British Gypsum wall and partition systems where moisture resistance and sound insulation are required.
• Gyproc SoundBloc RAPIDAs Gyproc SoundBloc in special width and thickness configuration. Used in GypWall RAPID, a quick to erect, high performance internal wall system for housing applications.
• Gyproc SoundBloc RAPID MRA moisture-resistant version of Gyproc SoundBloc RAPID. 
• Gyproc WallBoard TEN Standard board product with specifically engineered weight of 10kg/m². Engineered to meet the guidance given in the national Building Regulations Part E (transmission of sound).
• Gyproc PlankA 19mm thick version of Gyproc WallBoard. Used as the main board in British Gypsum GypFloor SILENT, GypWall AUDIO and GypWall QUIET systems.
• Gyproc TriLineGyproc WallBoard bonded to CFC and HCFC-free, glass mineral wool backing. Use to upgrade acoustic performance of masonry separating walls, with some thermal improvement.
