Corrosion resistant self-tapping steel screws for fixing plasterboard to metal framing 0.8mm thick and greater ('I' stud 0.6mm thick and greater).

Corrosion-resistant self-drilling zinc plated steel screws with countersunk cross head. Supplied with screwdriver bits. Designed for fixing plasterboard to Gypframe framing 0.8mm thick or greater and Gypframe ‘I’ Studs 0.6mm thick or greater. Minimum order quantity is one carton. Conforms to EN 14566.


Suitable for fixing board to Gypframe metal framing 0.8mm gauge or greater ('I' studs 0.6mm gauge and greater). For thinner gauges of Gypframe use British Gypsum Drywall Screws.


Ensure a minimum penetration of 10mm into metal framing, through the board.

Supplied with one high performance bit.

What screw lengths do I use for fixing to metal & timber?

The screw should be the thickness of the board plus a minimum 10mm penetration into Gypframe metal or the thickness of the board plus a minimum 25mm penetration into timber using our British Gypsum screws. Please refer to the SITE BOOK for more information.
