Gypframe Floor & Ceiling Channel
These products are used for securing wall studs at floor and
ceiling junctions. Although Stabdard (C) channels are the most
commonly used, Deep Flange (DL) and Extra Deep Flange (EDL)
versions are available for partitions over 4200mm high and
8000mm high respectively, or in situations where deflection head
details, improved impact resistance and easier skirting fixing
are required.
From April 2010, British Gypsum replaced the 50mm standard
edge floor and ceiling channel (50 C 50) with a new folded edge
product (50 FEC 50).
British Gypsum will be introducing folded edges to it's
entire Gypframe channel range soon, providing a full
range of products that have a safer working edge.
Complies with EN 14195.
