Rigitone acoustic ceiling boards

Rigitone is a range of distinctive acoustic ceiling boards. With six individual patterns available, including regular and random design options, Rigitone acoustic ceilings offer the perfect combination of acoustic performance and creativity.

Until now, creating the perfect acoustic suspended ceiling solution has generally involved a lay-in grid ceiling system, potentially limiting creativity. Rigitone, however, is a completely seamless and monolithic ceiling system that is fixed to the British Gypsum CasoLine MF system, completely removing the grid from sight.

• Acoustic performance up to Class C, NRC 0.90, Aw 0.70 (LM)
• Spread of flame rating: Class 0 / Euroclass A2
• Maximum relative humidity (RH): 70%

• Rigitone 8-15-20Impact resistant ceiling board with random 8mm, 15mm and 20mm perforations. Sound absorbing up to Class D, NRC 0.55, Aw 0.35 (LM).
• Rigitone 8-15-20 SUPERImpact resistant ceiling board with random 8mm, 15mm and 20mm perforations. Sound absorbing up to Class D, NRC 0.70, Aw 0.45 (LM).

• Rigitone Vario 60 jointing material Specifically formulated for use with the Rigitone seamless acoustic ceiling system to achieve effective board joints without the need for reinforcement from paper tape.
• Rigitone jointing kitKit for installing the jointing material. One Rigitone Jointing Kit will service 300m² of Rigitone acoustic boards.
• Rigitone installation kitsFor easy installation of Rigitone acoustic boards. Aligns each board correctly, leaving the desired spacing between each board for the Rigitone Vario 60 jointing material.
