This privacy statement does not affect your rights under Data Protection legislation.

The information we collect
The personal data we collect about you includes the following:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.british-gypsum.com and/or our mobile applications (any of these and/or all will be referred to throughout this document as “our site”). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our site.
- If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

Who holds the data we collect?
We may send your personal data and store it internationally (occasionally including countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA")).
